It is bittersweet when summer ends…. Here is a little look back at what a wonderful time it was.
A June sunset from our apartment.
A walk around the Charles, followed by cocktails at the Newbury “Street Bar” with friends Gayle and John.
Disco night at Copley Square and, yes, we stopped and DANCED!
A visit to beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming.
Lovely sunset in Rye, NY.
Off to Block Island for July 4th!
It was the summer of the PALOMA cocktail. Thank you Fever Tree and Casamigos.
It was also the summer of Rhino and the beach… at age 15, we appreciate every single moment with her.
A few home improvements this summer. New dining room table, chairs, track lighting and rattan pendant. I think the pendant needs to be bigger though…. let me know what you think.
I also repurposed an old glass table into an outside bar.
Our apples and hydrangeas went crazy this summer!
Pink hair and a pink sky ~ Grace and Emily were both with us for chunks of time this summer, which was wonderful.
A belated celebration for all of the milestone birthdays that happened during Covid. Thanks to all of you!!!
Our house got a little recognition…
I still can’t take a selfie. Sorry Allyson and Kate!
A quick visit back to Boston for some culture (go see the Titian exhibit at the Isabella Stewart Gardner!) and an evening cruise around Boston Harbor.
Newport, RI for a girls overnight!
Local homemade goodies all summer! Rut, Row…
Visits from old friends ~ the best.
Lastly, someone turned 60……
We lucked out with the most beautiful night for his 60th celebration, especially since it was outside on our deck.
Tim loves hot dogs, so that was the theme of the event!
Cheers to the Block Island guys!!!!!!
Even Rhino, our own personal wiener dog, got into the spirit with a custom hot dog collar!
End of the night hijinks.
Another wonderful summer in the books…
