A Little Florida Style

by Liz Dowling

Color, color and more color at the Kips Bay Showhouse in Palm Beach this year!

A backyard to die for. Look at the size of the covered porch.

A variety of little bars around the house. Love the rattan lamp illuminating this one.

Fancy.

Fruit as the focal point. I am so into green right now ~ I even put a bright green label our new spring candle…

White flowers cover a green wall in the entry hall.

Schumacher palm wallpaper in the bathroom (left) and a teal green sitting room with animal prints.

A sweet little nook on an outdoor porch.

Lime green stools on the spacious porch.

Love all the color in this his and hers bathroom/sitting area.

The white kitchen is OUT people! How delicious are these blue lacquer cabinets?

Another blue accent. Blue ultra suede shade on a gold bamboo lamp against blue patterned wallpaper.

What is a Palm Beach showhouse without pink?

Pink…

…and more pink, featuring Emily Soell and Melinda Sweet.

The backyard was nuts. So gorgeous.

It was a really fun day. I always come away with new ideas.

Even little corners had lovely detail.

Until next year!

So Fun! anemones always remind me of my bridesmaids bouquet at your nuptials. House was gorge – we will have to do together one of these days as we are ultimately heading down that way!
